15 Dec CATUAV submits its UAV system to harsh cold

During the days 6, 7 and December 8 CATUAV held at the Hotel Bernat de So of Llívia a winter workshop with a tight schedule of flights, sensor testing and meetings. Five flights distributed among Montlluís, Llívia, Guils de Cerdanya and Porté-Puymorens sky resort allowed the low temperatures test throughout the UAV system. New sensors that in the future may help predict avalanches and rescue in the high mountains were also tested. All flights were carried out with the platform ATMOS-3.
